FEEDBACK RESPONSE AND PITCH REFLECTION
The pitch went to plan and I felt that I was able to communicate all of my points clearly and outlined my project plans in a way that is concise and accurate. Here is some of the feedback that I received and my responses.

In terms of providing more detail with shot ideas, here is what I currently have planned:
- General views in the Royston office where they have impressive workspaces that reflect Bell Groups philosophy. This includes an establishing shot of the building, slider shots of wall art with inspirational slogans and mottos, shots of their office rooms with varying shot sizes.
- B roll footage of Mia working, for example measuring doors and windows as part of her job as a quantity surveyor. Then I plan to feature how these measurements are all recorded.
- General views in the Norwich office, including office spaces, equipment and vans.
One lecturer had the idea that I could present Mias transition as a former apprentice to an industry professional surveyor by presenting images from her past as an apprentice. This would be a great way to present her growth and progression in the role. I am taking this idea on board and will be contacting Mia about whether this would be possible.
I like the idea of using hero shots however I'm not too certain how this will come across in the promo. I may experiment with this while filming Mia but I'm currently not planning to incorporate it.
In terms of mocking up situations for extra context in general views, I have arranged with Mia to film her as she demonstrates her working practices such as measuring, allowing me to get B roll that provides extra context for the viewer.
