COMMUNICATION
Communication began internally in the Bell company as my Dad, who works for the business, reached out to three senior members of staff.
After confirming this through my Dad, I wrote an email addressed to Tracy and sent to my dad who then forwarded it to her.
I wrote another email, describing how I plan to include her in an interview. This email allows us to arrange a preferred date, time and location.
Craig Bell and Tracy Brescia agreed to help, who are both members of the Bell family. I agreed to take Tracy's offer.
Tracy then got back to me, accepting my request to involve her in this project.
She replied with a list of available dates.
I arranged to film on the 17th, since I would like to get it done as soon as possible. I would have chosen the 16, however a trip with the college meant that that wouldn't have been possible.
A couple of days later, I emailed her the interview questions to allow her some time to prepare.
She responded with her acceptance and the conversation came to a close.
I then reached out to my second interviewee, Mia Steven, about featuring in the video.
She was in communication with my Dad during the organisation of this event because they often work together.
I then emailed her over the questions and did not get a response through her but through my Dad instead, who told me it was all being arranged.

A day before filming I sent a small email to Mia just to remind her of what I was planning.
During this time, Tracy had emailed me about another member of staff that was willing to be in an interview. I was very pleased because I did not expect to be able to have three interviews.
I replied to Tracy expressing my gratitude but I did not get a response from her, instead I received an email from Helena herself.
We arranged to film on the 7th May, which was later than I would have hoped but I was still very happy with this arrangement.
I made sure to inform her of the questions before the interview to give her time to prepare.
She responded and this was the final email, and all other arrangements were discussed through a phone call with Helena and my Dad in which they discussed rooms to film in.
